• 1. Verify with reference thermometer: Place a calibrated thermometer in the center of the cabinet and compare readings after several hours of stable operation.
• 2. Check sensor mounting: Ensure cabinet sensors are properly mounted and not touching very cold surfaces directly.
• 3. Replace suspect sensors: If readings are consistently off by several degrees, replace the cabinet NTC sensors with new Vestfrost-compatible parts.
• 4. Control calibration: Some models allow minor temperature offset adjustments via the control panel; consult the manual. If not, and the error is large, the control PCB may need replacement.
