Possible Causes
Unit not level on floor, Adjustable feet not set correctly, Compressor vibration transmitted to cabinet, Shelves or bottles amplifying vibration
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the cooler is empty enough to move safely. Avoid tilting the unit excessively.
Steps to check and fix:
- 1. Level the appliance: Use a spirit level on the top of the cabinet. Adjust the front leveling feet until the unit is stable and slightly tilted back so the door closes by itself.
- 2. Stabilize the base: Ensure all four corners are firmly in contact with the floor. Use shims if the floor is uneven.
- 3. Reposition bottles: Distribute weight evenly across shelves and avoid stacking bottles in a way that can resonate.
- 4. Check compressor mounts: Inspect and replace worn compressor grommets if vibration is still excessive.
