Access keypad: Remove the control panel and inspect the keypad or touch PCB for corrosion or damage.
Reseat connectors: Ensure the keypad cable is firmly connected to the display/control board.
Replace keypad or panel: If specific buttons remain unresponsive, replace the entire control panel or keypad assembly with a Whynter-compatible part.

After replacement: Test all buttons (temperature up/down, light, power) to confirm proper operation.
