Digital display is dim, flickering, or some segments are missing, but cooling still works.

Safety: Unplug the wine cooler before removing the control panel.

Steps:

• Access display: Remove screws securing the front control panel and gently pull it forward.
• Check connectors: Reseat the ribbon cable or harness between the display and main board.
• Inspect for damage: Look for corrosion or burnt spots on the display PCB.
• Replace display module: If the display remains dim or incomplete, replace the display/control board with a Whynter-compatible part.

Note: Cooling performance is usually unaffected, but accurate temperature reading and control depend on a functional display.
