Buttons on the control panel do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety: Unplug the unit before removing the control panel.

• Check control lock: Some Wolf models have a control lock. Refer to the user manual to unlock (often by holding a specific button combination).
• Dry the panel: If condensation is visible, allow the unit to sit unplugged with the door open for several hours.
• Inspect ribbon cable: Reseat the keypad ribbon at both the UI and main control ends.
• Replace keypad/UI: If specific buttons never respond, replace the keypad or entire UI assembly.
