Display shows LO or a low temperature warning; interior may be colder than setpoint and bottles may be too cold.

• Verify setpoint: Confirm the temperature setting has not been accidentally lowered.
• Check sensor placement: Ensure cabinet thermistors are not touching the evaporator coil or in direct cold air stream, which can cause false readings.
• Test sensors: Measure thermistor resistance and compare to spec. Replace any sensor that reads significantly off.
• If sensors are good: The main control board may be overdriving the compressor due to a stuck relay or logic fault. Replace the control board if overcooling persists.
