Water pooling at the bottom of the cabinet or leaking onto the floor in front of the wine cooler.

Safety: Unplug the unit and place towels around the base.

• Access drain: Remove interior rear panel to locate the drain trough and hole beneath the evaporator.
• Clear blockage: Flush the drain with warm water using a turkey baster or squeeze bottle. Use a flexible brush or pipe cleaner to remove debris.
• Check drain tube and pan: From the rear or bottom, verify the drain tube is properly connected to the drain pan and not kinked. Inspect the pan for cracks.
• Defrost ice: If the drain is frozen, gently warm the area with a hair dryer on low until water flows freely.
