Condensation or water droplets forming on the inside of the glass door.

Possible Causes
High ambient humidity, Door gasket not sealing fully, Door glass heater (if fitted) not working, Frequent door openings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal electrical work is usually required. Unplug the unit if inspecting the door heater connections.
Steps:
- Check gasket: Inspect the door seal for gaps, tears, or hardened sections. Replace if it does not make full contact with the cabinet.
- Reduce humidity: If possible, reduce room humidity or move the cooler to a less humid location.
- Limit door openings: Minimize how often and how long the door is opened.
- Door heater (if equipped): Some Zanussi models have a low-wattage heater around the glass. If condensation is severe and persistent, have a technician check the heater circuit.
Note: Light condensation in very humid conditions can be normal and may not indicate a fault.
