P1 error; unit may stop and display a water-related or protection message (on some floor/portable Gorenje ACs).

Safety: Disconnect power before handling water tanks or hoses.

Steps (portable or floor models):

• Empty tank: Remove and empty the internal condensate tank. Reinstall it correctly so that the level switch is engaged.
• Check drain hose: Ensure the hose is not kinked or blocked. Clean if necessary.
• Inspect float or sensor: Make sure the float moves freely and is not stuck in the high position.
• Test run: After reassembly, run the unit. If P1 persists, the level sensor or pump may need replacement.
