Note: Some water dripping from the outdoor unit is normal, especially in high humidity or during defrost.

• Step 1 – Identify water source: Confirm the water is clear and not oily. Clear water is usually normal condensate.
• Step 2 – Check drain holes: Ensure the base pan drain holes of the Royal Clima outdoor unit are not blocked by dirt or ice.
• Step 3 – Install drain kit (if needed): In locations where dripping is problematic, ask a technician to install an official drain kit and hose.

When to call a technician: If water appears oily or colored, or if corrosion is visible, have the unit inspected.
