Indoor unit runs but does not cool well; air is only slightly cool even after 30 minutes of operation.

Safety: Turn off power before cleaning coils or filters.

• Step 1 – Clean filters: Remove and wash filters with mild detergent. Dry completely before reinstalling.
• Step 2 – Clean evaporator coil: Gently vacuum the coil fins with a soft brush. Use a no-rinse coil cleaner if heavily soiled.
• Step 3 – Check mode and setpoint: Ensure the unit is in COOL mode with a set temperature at least 5°F (3°C) below room temperature and fan on appropriate speed.
• Step 4 – Inspect outdoor unit: Make sure the Senville outdoor condenser is running, coil is clean, and airflow is unobstructed.
• Step 5 – Call technician if still weak: If performance remains poor, a refrigerant leak or sizing issue may exist and should be evaluated professionally.
