Possible Causes
Tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse, Faulty power cord, Failed internal fuse on main PCB, Defective main control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure your hands are dry and the area is not wet when working with electrical outlets.
- Check outlet: Plug a lamp or other device into the same outlet to confirm it has power. Reset any tripped breakers or replace blown fuses in your home's panel.
- Inspect power cord: Examine the Soleus Air power cord for cuts, burns, or kinks. If damaged, do not use the unit until the cord is replaced.
- Test GFCI (if equipped): Some cords have a reset button. Press RESET firmly and see if power is restored.
- Internal fuse: Unplug the unit and remove the control panel or rear cover to access the main PCB. Look for a small glass or ceramic fuse. If blown (broken filament or blackened), replace with the same type and rating.
- Board replacement: If the fuse is good and power still does not reach the display, the main control board may be defective and should be replaced with a Soleus Air OEM board.
