Air fryer basket is difficult to insert or remove; it jams or scrapes.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before forcing the basket.

• Clean rails: Remove the basket and clean the side rails and bottom track of crumbs and grease.
• Inspect basket: Check if the basket is warped or bent. Replace the basket if it no longer sits square.
• Check housing alignment: Inspect the front opening for warping or damage. Gently adjust any bent metal tabs that guide the basket.
• Lubrication: Do not use oil-based lubricants. If necessary, a very light application of food-safe silicone spray on the rails can help, but avoid overspray.
