How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and cool the unit before any internal inspection.
- Do not overload: Cook in smaller batches and avoid stacking food too high. Air must circulate around each piece.
- Shake or rotate: For fries and small items, shake the basket halfway through cooking. For larger items, flip or rotate them.
- Check tray alignment: Ensure the crisper tray sits flat and locked into the basket so air can flow underneath.
- Clean vents: Make sure rear and side vents are free of grease and dust.
- Sensor check: If temperature swings are extreme (very hot then cool), inspect and, if necessary, replace the NTC temperature sensor harness.
