Safety: Isolate power before accessing the PCB.

Check demand indicators: Ensure there is no call for heat or hot water from controls.
Power reset: Turn off the Beretta boiler at the mains for several minutes, then restore power and observe if the fan stops.
Technician – PCB inspection: Check the fan relay on the PCB for signs of sticking or burning. Replace the PCB if the relay is faulty.
Check flue sensor: Verify the flue NTC is not falsely indicating high temperature.
