How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Radiators and pipes may be hot; use caution when bleeding.
- Check boiler mode: Ensure the Beretta boiler is not set to hot-water-only or summer mode.
- Bleed radiators: Starting from the highest, bleed all radiators until water flows steadily.
- Check TRVs and valves: Make sure all radiator valves are open and not stuck.
- Clean filters: If a magnetic or Y-strainer filter is installed, isolate and clean it to restore flow.
- Technician – diverter valve: Inspect and free or replace the diverter valve if it is stuck in DHW position.
- Technician – pump test: Verify pump operation and replace the Beretta pump if it is weak or seized.
