How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power before working inside the boiler.
- Check mode: Test both heating and hot water. Note if A16 appears only on heating demand.
- Technician – inspect flow NTC: Locate the CH flow NTC on the Beretta boiler flow pipe. Check connection and measure resistance.
- Check harness: Inspect the cable from the flow NTC to the PCB for damage or loose connectors.
- PCB check: If sensor and wiring are sound, the main PCB may require replacement.
