Boiler runs but radiators do not get hot or only partially warm

Safety first: Allow radiators to cool before bleeding to avoid scalds.

• Bleed radiators: Use a radiator key to release air from each radiator, starting from the lowest floor. Retop system pressure as needed.
• Check TRVs and valves: Ensure thermostatic radiator valves and lockshields are open.
• Check programmer/thermostat: Confirm that the Dimplex controller is calling for heat and that the room thermostat is set above room temperature.

• Check Dimplex pump operation and speed settings.
• Clean or replace blocked Dimplex heat exchangers and system filters.
• Repair or replace stuck motorised valves.
