User steps for frozen condensate:

• Locate the condensate pipe: This is usually a small plastic pipe (often white or grey) running from the boiler to a drain outside.
• Thaw gently: Pour warm (not boiling) water along the length of the external pipe, especially at bends and the outlet. Do not use naked flames or boiling water.
• Reset the boiler: Once thawed, reset the Dimplex boiler and observe operation.

For internal blockages (professional):

• Remove and clean the Dimplex condensate trap and check for sludge or debris.
• Verify correct fall on the condensate pipe and reroute if necessary.
