• Visual check of sensor: The DHW sensor is usually inserted into a pocket on the cylinder or plate heat exchanger. Ensure it is fully inserted and the cable is not damaged.
• Inspect for scale or leaks: Look for limescale build-up or water leaks around the DHW sensor pocket, which can affect readings.
• Professional replacement: If the error persists, a technician should replace the Nibe DHW temperature sensor and verify correct operation via service menus.
