How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power and do not run the boiler with suspected flue or fan issues. Risk of flue gas spillage.
- Check flue terminal: From outside, ensure the air intake and exhaust openings are clear.
- Listen for fan: On a call for heat, you should hear the fan start. If it hums or is silent, the fan may be seized or failed.
- Do not adjust fan settings: Fan speed and gas settings are factory-calibrated. Only a trained Nibe technician should adjust them.
