Possible Causes
Cracked clean water tank, Worn tank outlet seal, Stuck open tank valve, Loose hose connection at tank outlet
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove it from any electrical outlets. Mop up spilled water immediately.
- 1. Remove and inspect tank: Take out the clean water tank and place it over a sink. Fill it and observe for drips from seams or the outlet valve. Replace the tank if it is cracked.
- 2. Check outlet seal: Inspect the rubber O-ring or gasket on the tank outlet. If flattened, cracked, or missing, replace it with a compatible Beko seal.
- 3. Inspect tank valve: Press the spring-loaded valve at the bottom of the tank. It should move freely and seal when released. Clean away mineral deposits and debris; replace the valve if it does not seal.
- 4. Check internal hose connection: With the tank removed, inspect the mating connector on the machine body. Tighten any hose clamps and replace brittle hoses.
