Carpet cleaner will not power on, display is blank, no lights or sounds when pressing the power button.
Main Power Supply / Control Board Protection Trip

Carpet cleaner powers on but the suction motor does not start; display shows E02 and you may hear a relay click but no vacuum sound.
Suction Motor Circuit Fault / Overload Protection

Solution pump does not spray water or detergent onto the carpet; display shows E03 when the trigger is pressed.
