How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit before any disassembly.
- 1. Power reset: Unplug the cleaner for at least 5 minutes to allow capacitors to discharge, then plug back in and test.
- 2. Check for stuck buttons: Press each button individually to feel for normal travel. If one feels stuck, clean around it or replace the control panel.
- 3. Inspect UI board: Open the control panel and look for corrosion or damage. Reseat the ribbon cable to the main PCB.
- 4. Replace UI PCB: If the issue persists, replace the user interface board as a complete assembly.
