Possible Causes
Faulty NTC temperature sensor in solution line, Sensor disconnected from PCB, Overheated solution due to hot tap water, Damaged sensor wiring
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the cleaner and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes. Do not use boiling or near-boiling water in the tank.
- 1. Let the unit cool: Remove the clean water tank and empty it. Refill with lukewarm water (per Beko manual recommendations). Allow the machine body to cool before retrying.
- 2. Inspect temperature sensor: Locate the NTC sensor on the solution line or near the heater (if equipped). Check that it is firmly attached and its connector is secure.
- 3. Wiring check: Follow the sensor wires back to the PCB. Look for cuts, pinches, or loose plugs. Repair any damage.
- 4. Sensor test: Using a multimeter, measure the resistance of the NTC at room temperature and compare with the service manual values. If the reading is open, shorted, or far out of range, replace the sensor.
- 5. Avoid very hot water: Going forward, only use water within the temperature range specified by Beko to prevent repeated E10 errors.
