Possible Causes

Airlock in solution line, Blocked spray nozzles, Failed solution pump motor, Faulty pump driver circuit on PCB

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the appliance and empty the tanks before disassembly.

  • 1. Check clean water and detergent levels: Ensure the clean water tank and detergent tank (if separate) are filled and correctly seated. Many Beko units have tank presence switches; if the tank is not seated, the pump will not run.
  • 2. Prime the pump: Refill the tank, plug in the unit, and hold the spray trigger for 30–60 seconds while the machine is in an upright position (follow the manual). This can remove airlocks from the pump and lines. If E03 clears and spray returns, no further repair is needed.
  • 3. Clean spray nozzles: Remove the floor nozzle assembly. Use a pin or soft brush to clear mineral deposits or debris from the spray jets. Soak the nozzle in warm vinegar solution if limescale is suspected, then rinse thoroughly.
  • 4. Inspect solution hoses: Check for kinks, pinched sections, or leaks in the clear solution tubing from the tank to the pump and from the pump to the nozzle. Straighten or replace damaged hoses.
  • 5. Test pump motor: With the unit unplugged, access the solution pump. Check for loose connectors. Using a multimeter, verify continuity of the pump motor. If open or seized, replace the solution pump assembly.
  • 6. PCB / driver fault: If the pump and wiring are good but the pump never receives voltage when the trigger is pressed, the pump driver circuit on the PCB may be defective. Replace the main PCB or dedicated pump control board.
