Brush bar does not spin, but there is suction and no error code

Safety first: Unplug before working on the cleaner head.

• Open cleaner head: Remove the base plate to access the brush bar and belt.
• Check belt: If the belt is snapped or missing, replace it with a genuine Dyson belt.
• Inspect brush bar: Remove hair and debris, and ensure the bar spins freely. Replace if bearings are worn.
• Check motor connection: If accessible, ensure the brush motor connector is firmly seated.
