Carpet cleaner performance is weak on high-pile or shag carpets

Safety first: Unplug before adjusting or inspecting the floorhead.

• Adjust height (if available): Set the floorhead to the appropriate height for high‑pile carpets.
• Check brush bar condition: Replace if bristles are worn short and cannot reach deep into the pile.
• Clean vents and filters: Ensure all vents are clear and filters are clean to maximise suction.
• Use slower passes: Move more slowly over thick carpets to allow the brush and suction to work effectively.
