Possible Causes
Condensation inside electronics, Moisture on main PCB, Wet filters or tanks installed, Corroded low-voltage connectors
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine immediately if you suspect internal moisture. Do not operate until fully dry.
- Remove tanks and filters: Take out clean and dirty water tanks and all filters. Ensure they are completely dry. Never install wet filters.
- Dry the unit: Place the machine in a warm, dry room for 24–48 hours. Do not use direct heat sources (hair dryers, heaters) that could warp plastic.
- Inspect for visible moisture: Look through vents and around the base for signs of water ingress. If the machine was exposed to a spill or flooding, internal components may be compromised.
- Test after drying: Reinstall dry filters and tanks, then power on. If E10 persists, internal sensors or the PCB may be damaged and require professional service.
