Possible Causes
Clogged spray jets, Kinked solution hose, Blocked solution tank outlet valve, Dried detergent residue in lines
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and remove the solution tank before working on the spray system.
- Verify tank contents: Ensure the clean water/solution tank is filled and the cap is tightened correctly.
- Check tank outlet valve: Press the valve at the bottom of the tank (if present) over a sink to confirm water flows. Clean any debris from the valve seat.
- Inspect solution hose: Look for sharp bends or pinched sections along the hose path. Straighten as needed.
- Clean spray jets: Remove the floorhead or nozzle and soak the spray tips in warm water. Use a soft brush to remove buildup. Avoid needles or pins that can damage the jets.
- Prime the system: Refit the tank, then hold the trigger continuously for 30–60 seconds to purge air and restore flow.
