Solution leaks from the bottom of the machine when not in use

Safety first: Unplug and remove the solution tank before inspection.

• Inspect tank: Fill the tank with water and hold it over a sink. Look for drips from seams or the outlet valve.
• Check seals: Examine the tank cap and outlet O‑rings. Replace if flattened or cracked.
• Inspect hose connections: With the tank removed, check the machine’s solution inlet and internal hose for signs of leakage or splits.
• Replace damaged parts: Replace the solution tank or hose with genuine Dyson parts if any cracks or splits are found.
