Brush bar not rotating, but suction and spray are normal (no brush motor error code)

Safety: Unplug before turning the machine over or working near the brush.

• Clear debris:
  • Remove hair and threads from the brush bar.
• Inspect drive belt:
  • Open the belt cover on the floor tool.
  • Replace the brush drive belt if broken or slack.
• Check brush bearings:
  • Spin the brush bar by hand; if stiff, replace the brush bar assembly.
