Possible Causes
Moisture on control PCB, Corroded PCB connectors, Faulty low-voltage power supply on PCB, Damaged display/control panel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug immediately if water has entered the machine. Do not power on until fully dry and inspected.
- Dry the unit:
- Remove tanks and open accessible covers.
- Allow the machine to dry in a warm, ventilated area for 24–48 hours.
- Inspect control PCB:
- Access the control PCB behind the display or switch panel.
- Look for signs of moisture, corrosion, or residue.
- Clean light corrosion with isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush.
- Check connectors:
- Disconnect and reconnect ribbon cables and plugs to wipe contacts.
- Test low-voltage output:
- With a multimeter (and extreme caution), have a qualified person measure the PCB's low-voltage outputs.
- If missing or unstable, replace the control PCB.
