Display shows E15, no suction but motor can be heard spinning freely

Safety: Unplug before inspecting seals and hoses.

• Check recovery tank seating:
  • Remove and refit the recovery tank, ensuring it sits flat and the lid is properly latched.
• Inspect lid seal/gasket:
  • Examine the rubber gasket around the recovery tank lid.
  • Replace the recovery tank lid seal if torn, flattened, or missing.
• Inspect suction hose:
  • Check the flexible hose for splits, holes, or loose cuffs.
  • Replace the suction hose assembly if damaged.
• Check base inlet:
  • Look into the suction inlet on the machine base for blockages.
  • Clear any debris with a flexible brush.
