No spray from wand or floor tool, but pump can be heard running (no error code)

Safety: Unplug before disconnecting hoses or tools.

• Clean spray nozzles:
  • Remove the floor tool from the wand.
  • Unscrew or access the spray jets.
  • Soak in warm water with a little descaler if hard water deposits are visible.
  • Use a soft brush or fine wire to clear the orifices.
• Check in-line filter:
  • Locate any small filter housings in the solution line.
  • Open and rinse the mesh filter thoroughly.
• Inspect solution hose routing:
  • Ensure the clear solution hose is not pinched under the tank or twisted around the handle.
  • Straighten and secure with clips.
• Test spray again:
  • Refill solution tank, refit, and test spray with the tool held low to the floor.
