Safety: Unplug before inspecting seals and tank fit.
- Check tank seating:
- Refit the recovery tank, ensuring it is fully down and latched.
- Inspect seals:
- Examine the rubber gasket between the tank and base.
- Replace the tank-to-base seal if perished or missing.
- Verify hose connections:
- Push the hose cuffs firmly into the machine and tool sockets until they click or seat fully.
- Inspect base inlet:
- Look for cracks around the suction inlet moulding; if present, the base housing may need replacement.
