Pump very noisy or rattling, but spray output seems normal

Safety: Unplug before checking hoses and tank fittings.

• Top up solution tank:
  • Ensure the clean solution tank is at least half full.
• Check tank outlet seal:
  • Inspect the outlet valve and O-ring for air leaks.
  • Replace the solution tank outlet seal if worn.
• Tighten pump inlet hose:
  • Secure the hose clamp at the pump inlet.
• Clean intake filter:
  • Rinse the tank filter to restore full flow.
