Solution leaking from under the machine during use

Safety: Unplug and avoid using the machine until the leak is resolved to prevent water contacting live parts.

• Identify leak source:
  • Fill the solution tank with clean water and place the machine on a dry towel.
  • Observe where water appears.
• Check tank and outlet:
  • Inspect the solution tank for cracks.
  • Examine the outlet valve and O-ring; replace the solution tank O-ring if flattened or split.
• Inspect hose joints:
  • Tighten hose clamps at the pump inlet and outlet.
  • Replace any leaking push-fit connectors.
• Test again:
  • After repairs, test with water only before adding detergent.
