Accessory hose tools have very weak suction compared to the main floor nozzle.

Safety first: Unplug before disconnecting hoses.

• Inspect hose interior: Detach the hose and look through it for obstructions. Use a flexible brush or straightened coat hanger (with care) to clear blockages.
• Clean tool head: Remove hair and debris from the upholstery or stair tool. Ensure all air passages are clear.
• Check seals: Inspect the rubber seal at the hose connection point on the base. Replace if cracked or flattened.
• Verify diverter operation: Some models use an internal diverter when the hose is connected. Ensure it moves freely and fully redirects suction to the hose.
