Brush roll does not spin, but suction and spray work normally.

Safety first: Unplug the cleaner and lay it on its side before accessing the brush.

• Remove debris: Take off the bottom cover and clear hair, threads, and debris from the brush roll and end caps.
• Inspect belt: If your Rowenta model uses a belt, check for breakage or slack. Replace with the correct Rowenta belt if worn or broken.
• Spin brush by hand: The brush should rotate freely. If stiff, replace the brush roll assembly.
• Check brush switch: Verify that any brush on/off switch is set to ON and functioning. Replace if it does not make contact.
