Possible Causes
Empty or improperly seated clean water tank, Blocked spray nozzles, Airlock in solution line, Failed solution pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and remove the tanks before working on the spray system.
- Check tank and solution mix: Fill the clean water/solution tank and ensure it clicks firmly into place. Confirm the outlet valve at the bottom opens when installed.
- Prime the system: With the tank installed, tilt the unit slightly back and hold the trigger for 30–60 seconds to purge air from the lines (if your model allows priming).
- Clean spray nozzles: Remove the floor nozzle and use a pin or soft brush to clear each spray jet. Rinse under warm water to dissolve detergent buildup.
- Inspect solution hose: Follow the hose from tank to pump and pump to nozzle. Straighten kinks and replace any hose that is collapsed or cracked.
- Listen for pump: When plugged in and trigger pulled, you should hear the pump buzz. If silent, the pump may be failed and require replacement.
