• Remove brush roll: Take off the bottom cover and remove the brush.
• Clean thoroughly: Remove all hair and debris from the brush and end caps.
• Check straightness: Roll the brush on a flat surface; if it wobbles, it is bent and should be replaced.
• Inspect bearings: Spin the end caps; if rough or loose, replace the brush roll assembly.
