How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug before cleaning internal parts.

  • Deep clean tanks: Wash both clean and dirty water tanks with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry completely.
  • Clean filters: Remove and wash foam and mesh filters. Allow to dry fully before reinstalling.
  • Dry the unit: After use, run the suction for a few minutes without spraying to pull air through and dry internal passages. Store the unit with tanks removed and lids open.
  • Sanitize hoses and nozzle: Run a solution of warm water and a small amount of white vinegar through the system, then flush with clean water.
