Dirty water tank difficult to latch, or pops out during use

Safety first: Unplug the machine before adjusting tanks.

• Clean latch area: Remove any debris from the latch hooks and catches using a small brush.
• Inspect hooks: Check the plastic hooks on the tank for rounding or breakage. Replace the tank if hooks are worn.
• Check body catch: Inspect the machine's latch catch for cracks or deformation. If damaged, the body panel may need replacement.
• Ensure correct insertion angle: Insert the tank as per the user manual, usually bottom-first then push top until it clicks.
