Hose has no suction but floorhead works normally

Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the hose.

• Visual inspection: Detach the hose and look through it towards a light source. If you cannot see light, there is a blockage.
• Clear blockage: Use a flexible rod or straightened coat hanger (with rounded end) to gently push out debris. Do not puncture the hose.
• Check for splits: Flex the hose along its length and look for cracks or holes. If found, replace the hose.
• Clean connectors: Inspect and clean the hose ends and the machine's hose port to ensure a good seal.
