Machine leaves streaks or lines of dirt on the carpet

Safety first: Unplug the unit before cleaning the floorhead.

• Clean spray jets: Remove the floorhead and clean each spray nozzle with a pin or soft brush. Flush with warm water.
• Inspect brushbar: Check for missing or heavily worn bristles. Replace the brushbar if bristles are uneven or flattened.
• Clean nozzle edge: Wipe the suction nozzle edge and squeegee to remove any build-up that could drag dirt.
• Overlap passes: When cleaning, overlap each pass slightly to avoid uncleaned strips between passes.
