No solution spray from the floorhead but spray works from the hose tool

Safety first: Unplug the machine and remove the clean water tank before working on the floorhead.

• Check hose tool spray: Confirm that the hose tool sprays correctly. This indicates the pump and main solution line are working.
• Clean floorhead nozzles: Remove the floorhead (if detachable) and locate the spray bar. Use a pin or soft brush to clear each nozzle hole. Soak the spray bar in a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes to dissolve mineral deposits, then rinse thoroughly.
• Inspect solution hose at base: Look for sharp bends or kinks where the solution hose enters the floorhead. Straighten or reposition as needed.
• Flush system: Reassemble and run warm water (no detergent) through the system for several minutes to flush any remaining debris.
