Safety: Unplug the cleaner and empty tanks before disassembly.

• Check the clean water tank: Ensure it is properly seated and that the outlet valve opens when installed. Refill and reseat firmly.
• Inspect spray nozzles: Remove the front nozzle assembly and soak the spray jets in warm water to dissolve detergent residue. Use a soft brush or toothpick to clear mineral deposits.
• Prime the pump: Refill the tank, plug in the unit, and hold the spray trigger for 30–60 seconds to purge air from the pump. Some Vorwerk models require the unit to be in a specific cleaning mode for the pump to run.
• Check hoses: Inspect the transparent solution hose from the tank to the pump and from the pump to the nozzle for kinks or pinches.
• Advanced: If the pump does not make any sound when the trigger is pressed, test for voltage at the pump terminals (technician only). If voltage is present but the pump does not run, replace the pump.
