E10 displayed, solution pump runs loudly but little or no water reaches the carpet.

Safety: Unplug the unit and empty the clean water tank.

• Check tank outlet seal: Inspect the rubber seal at the bottom of the clean water tank and the mating connector on the machine. Replace the seal if cracked or flattened.
• Clean internal filter: Some Vorwerk models have a small mesh filter in the solution line. Remove and rinse it under warm water to clear debris.
• Straighten hoses: Trace the solution hose path and ensure there are no sharp bends or pinched sections under the housing.
• Flow sensor: If equipped, the flow sensor can be removed and flushed with clean water. If the sensor wheel is stuck or the sensor is corroded, replace it.
