E11 error and the unit stops spraying when the detergent cartridge is installed.

Safety: Unplug the cleaner before handling the cartridge bay.

• Check cartridge: Ensure you are using a compatible Vorwerk detergent cartridge and that it is not empty.
• Clean contacts: Wipe the electrical contacts on the cartridge and inside the cartridge bay with a dry, lint-free cloth.
• Reinsert cartridge: Install the cartridge firmly until it clicks into place.
• Test without cartridge: If the model allows operation without a cartridge, remove it and test. If E11 disappears, the cartridge or its sensor is at fault.
• Replace sensor: If multiple new cartridges are not recognized, the cartridge sensor module may need replacement.
